We collect information you provide directly: display name, email address, avatar selection, and kid profile details (names and ages). We also collect usage data including posts, comments, likes, and interaction patterns.
Your information is used to: provide and personalize the service; manage your account and FRENS Tickets; improve the app experience; send relevant notifications (if enabled); and ensure community safety.
We do not sell your personal information. Your display name and posts are visible to other users. Kid profile information (names and ages) is only visible to you. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Frensville is designed for parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Kid profile data is entered by parents and stored securely.
You may access, update, or delete your personal information through the app. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting our support team.
If you enable location services, we use your approximate location to help you discover nearby parents and local activities. Location data is not shared with other users or third parties. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings or within the app.
We request access to your photo library so you can upload profile avatars and share images in community posts. Photos you select are uploaded to our servers and stored securely. We do not access photos beyond those you explicitly choose to upload.
With your permission, we send push notifications for replies to your posts, community updates, and other relevant activity. You can manage notification preferences within the app or through your device settings at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app by going to your Profile and selecting "Delete Account" under the Account section. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.
If you have questions about our privacy practices or wish to exercise your data rights, please contact us at support@frensville.com.
